Great stay, close to the airport and has a convenient shuttle. Rooms are nice, air conditioning is good and the beds are comfortable. Shower water pressure is high, toilets flush well and bathrooms have an exhaust fan. Something I rarely see at other hotels. Staff is wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfest is top notch with lots of good options. Other facilities such as the pool are very clean and well tsken care of. Not too much nearby in food options but with a 3-mile free shuttle it works out fine. This also keeps the area quite and safer than higher traffic areas. My family and I will definitely keep this location in mind next time we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

There was construction going on and we weren’t informed by the hotel or hotel.com They couldn’t offer any kind of refund since we were staying. Mind you we came from California leaving to find another hotel wasn’t going to be an easy task with 5 kids. The hotel had workers everywhere dust and dirty floors. The manager did offer points to use in a later stay. The gym was closed. Lucky the pool was open for the kids but was a bit dirty. Breakfast was ok make shifted in there check in room in the back of hotel. Called for towels took over an hour. Was disappointed neither the hotel or hotels.com did much to accommodate our concerns. It was either stay and deal with it or leave and then we’ll refund you in 72 hours

They did not mention that the entire property was under construction. There was loud sawing and drilling going on right across from my room all day. Drywall dust and the smell of burnt metal being cut permeated my room. The workers were literally cutting metal in the hall with sparks shooting onto the carpet as I walked to my room. The gym that I chose the hotel for, was closed. The shower was old. Each time I went to use hot water in the sink or shower, it took 5-10 minutes to get hot water. The pillows appeared to be from a kid's bed as they were half the normal size and not meant for a king bed. Not impressed.

Under construction. I understand you've got to maintain and update your hotel--but it would have been nice to have a discount or a warning that we'd be staying in a mess. The makeshift lobby was TINY. Breakfast was very bad and cold. There wasn't enough seating and there weren't even very many people trying to eat. Gym was under construction which sucked because that's important for our family. So was the hot tub. The room was nice and clean but when you leave the room, it looks like a bit of a war zone. Not very relaxing atmosphere. No where to lounge.

The hotel was supposed to pick us up from the airport to the hotel (that is why we chose this place in the first olace, for the free shuttle service!). But nobody was available to pick us up so we got stuck at the airport for hours trying to figure out how to get with our 3-yr-old who didn't have a car seat...). The hotel receptionist didn't care if we were stuck at the airport late at night with three kids who were losing it... they didn't even offer to pay the taxi ride (we had to get two cars) to compensate the lack of shuttle service. We finally arrived (at our expense) at the hotel at 12:45 am with exhausted kids. The hotel is under construction and the entrance door is really tricky to locate. It wasn't great to be looking for the entrance door with kids in a sketchy parking lot at 12:45 am... Our room was nothing like the photos... everything was old ans smelly. The pillows were ridiculous. The bathroom door hits you on the knees when you're sitting on the toilet... this hotel is not worth it. Pay a few bucks more and go somewhere else!

The staff was great and we enjoyed our free breakfast. The kids loved the clean, heated outdoor pool. The quick shuttle to the airport made our lives easier.

Me and my family stayed here because it was not too far from Tempe Marketplace. The person who checked me in was very unwelcoming. They were standing with 2 other people who seemed to work at the hotel and not 1 of them greeted us walking in our even gave a look of "I can help you" so I asked very awkwardly "is this where I check in?" And handed them my ID and credit card. They checked me in, told me what room I was in and that there was free breakfast every morning. That's that! The room was not very clean, there was dust on the headboards and light fixtures, sticky desk and hadn't been swept, mopped or vacuumed behind the doors also the sink was not draining, the elevators were grubby as well. The housekeeper was very welcoming and friendly, asked if we needed anything for the room and gave us a stack of towels. We didn't end up eating the free breakfast but from walking by it looked and smelled good. Check out was contactless and easy. They left 1 pair of sealed earplugs to accommodate for the noisy airplanes which was nice but useless since there were 6 of us in the room.

This hotel is not worth it. The staff are rude, they started construction with the use of power tools in the room above us before 8am waking up my children. When I called to ask what was going on, I was met with not one but 2 rude employees. The bathrooms are small and dingy, the rooms are dark and outdated and the worst is that the staff nor management took any accountability for the inconvenience of the work being performed. I didn’t so much as get an apology, let alone offered any explanation as to why we weren’t informed this would be happening. We will never stay here again.
