It was a great stay.Kinda bummed only one elevator was working.Poor elevator was busy.Staff was great clean rooms,breakfast brunch dinner all good options clean pool jacuzzi.Buissness computers not so private but it was a family trip.

The hotel looked nice but the room provided the bare minimum for the money. Generic unscented soap dispensers in the shower and one small bar hand soap at the sink for my whole family. When we opened our curtains our view was a roof area with air conditioning/heat venting units. Disappointed but at least we were only there for one night. Check in staff was very nice.

Very interesting layout that brings in the nice view and provides natural light for a large lobby area with plenty of seating. A convenient and comfortable spot for both business and family trips. Employees were helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast crew! This is the first time we stayed with this brand and we were impressed.

I booked a room for a family on the upper floor. Referring to this just to provide details. If was heat wave in Phoenix and sun lights directly to the room's windows. I had no chance not to use AC, but when it was working .... it seems like it was loder than sounds of Jerico horn. It supposed to be quite relaxed night in between long car trips l, but I had to drive without needed rest.

Enjoyed the large comfortable lobby area while family stayed at the hotel. There were 4 /sisters who meet annually. We enjoyed the Great Happy Hour and food -excellent ammentity for guests, plenty of room and comfort to visit. My room had a plumbing issue with the sink not draining and they moved me right away to another room.

We were a family of five and were given rooms 229 and 204 which were in two different corners of the floor. The water didn’t drain out from the tub during bath time in Room 229. The bath tub floor was soft and moving in room 204.

I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona with family for a sporting event. We stayed at DRURY Hotel and it was an enjoyable experience. The cleanliness, friendly staff, hotel location and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I’ll be staying at that hotel again when traveling back to Phoenix.

Great location with free breakfast and dinner snacks and drinks. It worked well traveling with a toddler!
