Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley

Crying baby in adjacent room kept me up all night. Not hotel’s fault, but a courtesy notice would’ve helped.

Burnell was amazing. Offered to show me rooms to choose what was best for my family when my room was not ready. The breakfast was delicious and dinner and drinks were top notch. I would happily stay here again.

The management was incredible and nice. When we checked in, we felt like we were being welcomed like family. Being able to have our pets took a huge stress off our backs. Great stay!

Great for the family and the staff were also very helpful.

Everything was amazing from the polite helpful staff at check-in to the delicious food and the pool and hot tub...they even had popcorn for the kids... Highest recommendations!!!

Andrew the assist mgr greeted us and welcomed us back. The employees take an interest in their guests and make it feel like home. Was not a fan of how loud the kick back was Tues night. Room was over full and hard to navigate to a table. We don’t drink alcohol and it seemed everyone in there was high volume socializing. Kinda like a bar hanging out. I know they get 3 drinks and this is a huge draw for why people who partake stay here. But not enjoyable for families or those who want to enjoy the kickback too sans alcohol. There’s a bar area up front, take it there? There was one young lady who bussed the tables Sun Mon Tues nights. She didn’t have a name tag over the Drury kitchen attire but quietly did her job and it was noticed. Thank you. (Dark hair glasses). Our housekeeping was like Ninjas in and out and so appreciated. This hotel is located right off I17 on pinnacle peak. We’ve stayed in the others in the valley and return here for the customer service. Thank you!

Nice hotel for a quick stay. We needed an overnight spot within driving distance to Moon Valley for a swim meet. It was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms are large and clean. They have fridges and the living space is seperate from the bedroom. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It has an older, brown decor that could use a refresh. But it was still in good condition and clean.

Nice breakfast. Good pool. Rooms are a good size good a family of four. Wish they had EV chargers available.

Drury is a brand that we can count on for a clean room, comfortable bed, food for my family, coffee 24/7, good service and affordable.
