We travel to Phoenix frequently and will not stay here again. We got there early and the room was ready but of course for a price we could check in early. We came back at 3:00 and no one was at the desk. We called etc, and no one answered. It took about 10 min before anyone was there. The room smelled so bad of cleaning solution my eyes watered. We were suppose to stay two nights but had a family emergency and had to return home. When I asked if we got a refund for that night (which we did not expect) the gentleman at the desk smirked and laughed as he said no. We will be staying elsewhere from now on.

Not sure what the added “Plus” and “Executive” adjectives are referring to but this was just a standard hotel. Stayed here due to others in the family staying here but I would NEVER have chosen it myself. At $360 per night I could have stayed at a much nicer place in a better location.

Check in was super easy, the front desk was helpful and informative. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Also located really close to local dining and the movies. Perfect for a quick overnight stay with a little entertainment for the family.

Floor needed a good mopping but other than that it was a nice stay! Otherwise friendly, clean perfect for my little family. Requested a pack n play and it was in the room waiting for us when we checked in!
