This was an emergency family visit stay, and we had used this hotel before. Our previous stay was not one we enjoyed due to the loud noisiness of the air conditioning for the room. But this second stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet and accessible. The dining option was excellent. We got free breakfasts every morning. All staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We definitely will choose them again.

Room and 2nd floor hallway smelled old. Room also smelled but was clean. Toilet in room was set low for a small child or adult! Not good for a tall disabled adult. Air conditioning was loud and disrupted sleep every time it adjusted to temperature we wanted. TV in room worked well with wide available offerings in shows. Free breakfasts were pretty good with adequate variety. All the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Free coffee or tea was available 24/7! Loved that! Didn't ask for other room because it was right across the elevator! Very convenient for people with walking difficulties. Lobby was clean and inviting - not indicative of room condition. Overall-I would stay there again. Maybe not the same room.

I read complaints about the hotel being "dated" but it was very nice. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and we really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. So glad they allow pets. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Pleasant enough to have lots of family under one roof for a family funeral. Breakfast was nice but totally under staffed and took way too long to wait to get seated and very long time to be taken care of and then wait for order

The check in process was quick and staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressures wasn’t great in the shower, but I got clean. The food at the attached restaurant was good. I was there for one night and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends who were visiting the area.

We have been staying at this hotel for 10+ years, every Feb-March to visit family. Sadly, it has gone downhill. The final straw was our March 2024 visit. We stayed in room 129. It looked like it had not been used for a while (dusty) and bathroom was disgusting. See photos and judge for yourself.
