Stay here almost every time I visit Tucson with a child attending Univ of Arizona. Nice accommodations and great staff at a price we can afford!

Our stay was wonderful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The area was quite and we felt safe. The real star of the show was a hot tasty breakfast. With Coffee, fresh biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs. Yogurt, fruit, cereal and muffins also available. The breakfast room attendant was very kind and made us feel like family coming over for brunch. The pool looked to be in good shape also. We will stay here next time we are in town.

While the facility is nice and the staff is great, our family just felt that the place needed a good once-over. We struggled to close the door as some of the hinge screws are loose. We didn't like the split feature of the bathroom door as it has a visible crack down the middle that can be looked through easily. The bedroom door is a nice separating feature but with the glass and shear curtain, there is no privacy. The only place to get dressed with privacy is in the shower with the curtain pulled.

They had over booked. When we checked in they said that they didn't have any rooms left. Then "found" one for us. The 2 people checking in behind us were turned away. They had traveled cross country with kids and ended up having to find a different place. The property is also so dirty. The room smelled terrible. There were little black beetles on the floor and on the counter. The furniture was dusty and stained.The thermostat was falling off the wall. It was the only bad hotel experience that I have ever had.
