The night staff members Antoine and Daniel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I was coming in from a late flight and did not arrive till 3 am. They made sure we had everything we need to make our check in a smooth process and continued to check in on my family the remainder of our stay. They made great suggestions for activities for the kids and gave insightful advice on how to plan our time there. It was such a relief to have been greeted by their smiles after a hectic day at multiple airports.

Overall is a good option considering you are right in the center of the town. For tourists especially, the pickup and drop off by the tour companies seem easy. The facility and breakfast are okay, we were there during a busy week, hotel is fully booked and the insane line to get just 3 warm food options(omelette, sausage, and fries) seem ridiculous, and after that you couldn’t even find a seat! Had to share table with other ppl or just sit in the lobby. The room is clean with some wear down signs of the carpet and bathtub. The soundproof is not great, so you can hear ppl talking loud or kids running around in the hallway.

The black guy that worked night shift was cool. The other staff including the security guy were awkward. The morning breakfast staff were very nice. Security guy wanted me to shut off my car that was idling outside. I did it right away but the way he asked you could tell he was very frustrated. I was just trying to help my kids get into the car and get the luggage without the car staying cold. It was there for maybe three minutes. I got a lot of weird looks from the front desk and they were whispering like they were talking about us while they were pointing at my kids.

The main lobby was nice and inviting. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They were kind to get our room moved to the same floor as our friends we were traveling with. Family of 4 with 2 kids under 7 years. The room was OK, but dated compared to the lobby. TV is slightly dated and very glitchy to watch anything. Fridge was warm, although it was set to the highest temp. The freezer section seemed to be working ok. Carpet is very dirty and needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Shower and sink drained VERY VERY slow. Made it difficult to shower because the tub was filling up past your ankles and couldn't keep up. Bathroom/shower was VERY dark. Lighting needs to be brighter or moved. Space is very tight in there, so it's not easy to bathe the kids. Room size is adequate, but could use a luggage rack.

carpets needs to be cleaned and room smelled musty. We didn't sleep Friday or Saturday night. Very noisy with adults' and kids playing in the halls.

We had 2 TVs in our junior suite which we wanted for one to view while working and one to view while resting. Only 1 remote was available and TVs were different brands so we couldn't use 2nd TV. The Red Lantern continental breakfast was woefully short this trip on hot food and didn't have quite enough.

I did not like how the room that we got upgraded with no surcharge was cold when we walked in and slept. I thought the temperature would be better if we turned it to “warmer”. After hours of waiting, nothing happened. The room was still cold. Called the front desk about it. They said they will have someone to come and take a look, they never came. Slept in the cold the 2nd night and checked out to leave the next morning. We had little children accompanied us as wells.
