The people in the room above us, you could hear every foot fall. Some kid was running up and down the room well passed 10 PM.

The place looks like it has been renovated recently and overall looks great. The biggest problem we had was the temperature in the room. It was over 80 degrees and would not go down. The thermostat was set at 60, the air was blowing by the window but it did not get any cooler. Sleeping did not happen very much in that. I also couldn’t find ice on the 3rd floor, even looked at the map by the elevators and didn’t see an “I”. The pool was nice enough but I was bummed there was no hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good, my kids loved the doughnut holes.

The whole hotel was clean. Great location in town I never complain about breakfast but this was subpar. The biggest complaint about the hotel is the lobby area. There are about 14 tables in the lobby, but 12 of them are in the so called restaurant. As my family of 3 we were sitting there playing cards we were told we had to leave during the hours of the restaurant being open. The other 2 tables were full because they kicked those ppl out already and no one was eating in their “restaurant”. Which is all the same room/lobby

Absolutely wonderful! Best service in Fairbanks by far! I’ve stayed at other hotels that are local but Hyatt is by far the most bang for your buck! Friendly staff, early check in options, beautiful clean rooms, and a kid friendly pool. I love bringing my family here and plan to continue doing so!

Place is nice and clean. Problem we had is it was really loud at night. We had to move rooms during the night bc of it and staff didnt do any compensating. It was so inconvenient to move our sleeping kids and stuff bc someone was having a party above. Other than that it was nice.
