We loved the convenience of the airport shuttle to get us to the hotel after a late-night flight and then to get us back to the airport in the morning for a cruise transport. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that our entire family of 6 could sleep in 1 room! Great stay! Wish it was a little longer!

PROS: -bed/bath linens appeared clean -airport shuttle quick/convenient -complementary breakfast buffet -large rooms with sleeper sofas for families -luggage storage in lobby CONS: -our room had splashes of some unidentified fluids on the walls/ceilings, stained carpets, moldy bathroom caulking and broken deadbolt on our room door(safety concern). -rooms need general updating like a deep clean, replacing carpet with vinyl flooring, replacing curtains with roller shades, new sleeper sofas. -luggage storage in lobby was not locked. -Definitely not worth the price per night but every hotel in Anchorage seems to be outrageously expensive.

Great stay on our way back from a family trip to Healy, before flying home. How can you go wrong with free parking, a pool for the grandkids to swim in, free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport? Beds were very comfortable too!

Spacious room, comfortable beds, very competent staff. We are very happy to have stayed here. We reserved two rooms, one for us and one for our son & his family, who was flying in later. They never got here due to airline issues. The hotel was willing to refund us, which I did not expect. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind.

The staff was unpleasant and rude. Our room hadn mold growing in that bathroom and when we took our kids to the pool it was dirty and had bugs floating all over in. Overall will never go back very disappeared.

The ease of shuttle transportation from the airport was such a relief after a long day of travel. We appreciated the ride back to the airport to pick up the rental car the following day too. Check-in was smooth and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room size was comfortable and breakfast was a hit with the family.

We had a late check in. We were given a key the wrong room that was already occupied. We woke up a family in the middle of the night, terrified with strangers walking into their room. It was terrible. Staff explained that they inverted the room number. We were supposed to be in another room, no apology.
