Our overall impression was that this hotel is a good option for an overnight stay or for a longer stay. I believe a bit more attention should be paid to the rooms, but the property itself was in clean condition. Typical continental breakfast, including some meats. The pool was very clean and the kids loved it. I would definitely book again.

The hotel was nice when you walk in. Upon entering no one was at the front desk. She came out about 1-2min later. Her attitude was blah and no friendly personality May because she was tired it was 12am I don't know but it wasn't a friendly greeting. Cleanliness was a 2. The elevator floors was dirty also the hand sanitizer was filthy as well. Upon entering the room you could tell the carpet was filthy my family kept on our flip flops to walk around. The bed although was really comfortable only con the sheets was worn out. They do give you plenty of pillows as well so that was a plus. Bathroom had the standard amenities. The only problem is I would recommend washing off the bottles in the shower shampoo, body was and conditioner. I brought my own so I don't have to touch it. The biggest problem was that the shower had mold spots in the shower. But they towels were white and fresh. We were only in town for a quick night for the game so was in and out. The breakfast was good as well the cook seemed like a good ole southern lady she was the friendliest employee we encountered. Never had Grits that good at a hotel!! For this property to be only 6 years old they are not keeping up with the cleaning. By next year it'll be rundown even worse. All in all I probably would not stay here again. Especially for 300$ a night!!

I am a dog person. My family has one. We all love our dog. When I stay at a hotel. I do not like it when there is a barking dog next door. If your dog barks why let it stay in the room with you. We should be told during the registration if a dog is close to us. Every strange noise the dog heard the barking started.

We reserved two rooms for a home football game, months, and months ago. We called about three weeks ago to cancel after we had a family emergency. We have been coming several times annually for over a decade. I was told we would get refunded if they were able to rebook. No one ever called us back. I called during the weekend just to check if there were any rooms available and there was only one king size available available. Ours were both two queens. Management said because they didn’t book the entire hotel they would not give us any refund. I thought that was very , poor customer service, and greedy.

The check-in person was nice. We stayed from Thursday- Sunday and did not receive any housekeeping service. Not one time. We called about it every day and even twice one day and no housekeeping ever. They had only given us 2 towels and had even just called and said can we just get more towels. My husband grabbed one off a lone housekeeping cart. The breakfast buffet food was not very good. It looks good and set up nicely but the taste is strange. Also when I went to find a trash can to throw away my plate an attendant snapped at me that I had to use a different can than the one I went to. The first night there was a lot of running around like a "herd of elephants" until about 10:00 and then thankfully it stopped. I think it was just kids and didn't happen any other night. Not really the hotels fault about that but was worried it would happen all night and glad it stopped.

First time in a LaQuinta, Hair in the bed, Hair in the bathroom. Broken coffee maker in the lobby (yesterday and today), staff could not help. Only coffee for one in the room and no one here to give out more. Lame breakfast. Only chose LaQuinta because they had an EV charger. Now I have to go out with the family for breakfast. Will not stay at a LaQuinta again.

The grand kids loved the pool and we loved the convenient location and the Grits at breakfast were just right. The only negative was the taste of dirt in the water and apple juice at breakfast. Not sure if that is a local water issue or not. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay was GREAT, this was the best pet friendly place we have stayed at. Green space for dogs to explore all over the property and it was clean. We didn't come across a staff member that wasn't pet friendly either. Our pup isn't very people friendly himself so we are always on alert to control his barking at strangers. We did not have any problem with him at all, when ever a staff member saw him they would always speak to him as if he was their own, I truly believe that helped him. We will defiantly stay here again when in town visiting family. We had no complaints about anything at all. We loved our stay.

We stayed for the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Lisas’ infectious personality made our stay. We want to come back just to hang out with her. Breakfast had a great variety. My family loved it. Absolutely no issues.
