Hotel is clean and modern. Beds and pillows are AAA super comfortable and fresh. My granddaughter called it a princess bed it was so comfortable. Breakfast food was hot every morning and delicious. Mrs. Kylie was so kind and friendly @ breakfast. I would have appreciated them making our bed each day but they did not. So close to everything shopping and felt safe at night coming and going with children. We truly enjoyed our time and facilities. Five stars for this hotel

I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and have stayed at this location in the past. The front desk service was excellent. I was given a room near the pool and asked to change, I was told there were no more rooms available. I was there for a serious surgery and the morning and needed a good night's rest, there was music from the pool area. I also noticed several stains on the carpet and the room smelled a little like pets, although the front desk assured me no pets have been in the room for several years. It wasn't the worst stay, but it wasn't the best either. Oh, by the way, your wash clothes are too small and thin. It was like bathing with a child's washcloth.

When we booked through Expedia we stated that we have 3 people staying in the room and we booked a room that had a king bed and a couch with a pull out. We were given a king room with no couch. When I called down the front staff were rude and said that we booked only a king room and that a king room was designed for 3 people to sleep in the king bed! Are you kidding me?! Would never choose this hotel again! Rude staff that does not take care of the customer properly!!!

Our whole family was here to surprise our son for his birthday. We went to the Auburn/Arkansas game and had a blast. Nice place to stay. Clean hotel. Great breakfast bar-much more selection than most. Centrally located.
