Holiday Inn Express Jasper, an IHG Hotel

The staff was super friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and check-in was fast and easy. They had a decent pool for the kids and had a great breakfast.

Very unhappy- advertised they had a pool , nothing about it not being open till june 1st- I had my 2 grandchildren with me and the only reason we stayed there was because of the pool- I asked for a refund because they did not have it opened on a 88 degree weekend and they said they could not- I wanted to go down the street to a different hotel that had a pool and it was opened- I understood if i did not cancel in 24 because of ME but this was on them!! My 6 year old and 2 year old grandchildren were so upset but I could not afford to throw away the whole price of the room so we were STUCK- the staff were kind enough to call and ask to have it refunded but who ever they talked tosaid no said no- abostaying here

Love the king size room, plenty of space for my family. Great breakfast! Love the pillows I need one

This was our first time to stay in one of the new concept Holiday Inn Express- It’s totally fits the bill for a modern traveling family. All the USB ports/charging ports, comfort needs, streamlined furniture and clean bed linens meet or exceed expectations, esp for the cost. Nice work. Just need to maybe replace the mattresses at some point - that was that only thing that was not a 10 out of a 10. A little too soft for our taste.
