Stayed there with my partner and my kid for 1 night. First of all the food is rather expensive, 17 quid for fish and chips is a little over the top. It was very warm in the room. The temperature kept going up by itself by a few degrees and didnt seem to do anything. We couldnt open the window because it was very noisy outside. So needless to say, we had a sleepless night. Breakfast is very limited and most of the hot food choice was cold. My partner asked for 2 fried eggs which never turned up. She just ate what she had on her plate while waiting. We left 20 min later and nobody even noticed. The pool is getting a little dirty around the edges. So 180 pounds including breaky for 3 people is down the drain I'd say...Wont be staying there again

We book two rooms for ourselves, and our family. The hotel was ok, but instead of a nice view of the sea, our room was looking at a big black box with hill at the back of the hotel. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted, and kept swinging to the left soaking the bathroom floor and hopeless to get showered. The sofa next to our two single beds had dubious stains. But the worst part, we were woken at 6.15am with what can only be described as the loudest house music with a thumping beat, plus someone shouting at decibels. We called reception who apologized because our room was situated over spin class!! It went on for an hour! I’d never want to stay at this hotel ever again. To be fair, the reception staff and restaurant staff were brilliant! No complaints there.

The family room was very small with hardly any space to move around, and the sofa bed was quite small. That said, the sofa bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was great and the kids loved it.

Hotel is very odd. Having a public leisure centre and Starbucks on the ground floor means there are always lots of people wandering in and out of reception, which is not ideal security-wise. The pool is only open to families at certain (quite inconvenient) times so we ended not being able to take full advantage of this (although we’d paid extra for a club room!) The room itself feels old and tired, bed wasn’t comfortable, was too hot but our AC unit was just unbearably loud. The room was simply not clean - hairball right in the middle of the room on the ground, a stain on the bed, the bath was not cleaned properly. Then worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast - awful service. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 (still an hour to go!) and there was no food left. Hot or cold! No explanation, no apology, nothing. A number of disgruntled customers, including us, complained and suddenly random breakfast items such as soggy scrambled egg and stale bread started appearing… all in all not good enough. As a family we travel to Swansea quite often and this is 1 hotel we most certainly will not be returning to unless there was literally no other choice.

Its okay but pub right by the reception was very noisy and people from outside allowed to come which make it not really good for families with kids! Overall it's okay for short brake!

Nice place great food, friendly staff, mainly let down by mold on shower curtain and paper thin walls (with kids in the room above).

Really polite people and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean but when swapped to a family room it was very dusty and mouldy.
