The hotel is in a great location really central to shops ,restaurants , the beach and promenade and train station. It has a lift for moving you're bags and for people with less mobility etc. Really lovely freindly and helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble and really good food at very reasonable prices.
Rooms were really clean with comfy beds and high quality bedding. Public areas of hotel really lovely too with lots of really beautiful art work displayed on the walls. Would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Lovely hotel, with a family feel. The staff make you feel very welcome. Great rooms, amazing location and a delicious dinner and breakfast.

Stayed here a few times and every time has been very good but this time it was disappointing.
The room we were given was very tired lamps all loose, no bedside cabinets no view except carpark, roof and fire escape as we were put at the back of the hotel. Room 216 which was a premier with king bed turn ed out to be 3 singles with 2 singles pushed together. Not a clue why we were given a family room with a spare single instead of a sofa to sit on. Very poor.

Stayed at the hotel as guests of a wedding reception and had a fabulous time and stay other than the parking which was very stressful. Over an hour spent trying to find a parking space, time that could have been spent with family & friends.
