Quite different from what I usually book. Lovely, old ,quirky hotel. If you like the Addams family this is the place for you. Room 24 has a wonderful view over Llandudno it’s small clean and compact. No complaints. Parking is mainly on a very steep street and on first come basis could be an issue. Minimal staffing levels but very dedicated

Another lovely stay at Headlands. Loved the new drinks machine and pancake maker (a big hit with the children). Lovely breakfast and fantastic friendly staff. Many thanks :-)

The hotel is an attractive and stylish building. Wonderful views of the town and sea from outside the hotel and from the lounge and dinning room. Amazing position for walking on the Great Orme, the ski slope/cable car and a quick stroll down the steep hill into town. The highlight for us was the small Victorian style conservatory on the 1st floor, just off the lovely old wooden staircase, a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and look at the view of the sea and the town. We stayed in the garden room with the 4 poster which was quite small and dark, adequate for sleeping but not great to spend much time in. The shower room was small, not much bigger than 4 x 6ft. On our second night we could hear the family clearly in the room next door. This is a very dog friendly hotel, lots of dogs! Just an observation that might not bother other guests, but there was continual radio noise in the lounge/dinning/reception/stairs area (radio 1 maybe). It would have been nicer with more relaxing music or just none at all. Through out our stay the staff were great and very helpful. We would return but book a bigger, brighter room at the front of the hotel.
