Lovely Hotel in a stunning location looking out over the estuary. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Will be returning and recommending it to our friends and family.

Second time I've experienced issue with bill on checkout today; told i owed the cost of the room and only on showing the transaction on my bank account was issue resolved; a little embarrassing to be told i hadn't paid in fact i had! I also stayed end of May and had items on my bill that were not mine which took up to a week to get a refund. I love the hotel for its waterside location, cleanliness, friendly staff and dog friendly rooms. I use this hotel when visiting family so gave stayed a few times over last few years.

Our first time travelling with our 6 month old baby and the hotel and staff were amazing and supportive, making our stay much more enjoyable and stress free. The view from our room was amazing and rooms very comfortable. The location is quiet but is only a short drive/taxi to Llandudno and it’s easy to get out and about around the North Wales area.

Friendly and welcoming staff upon arrival and throughout. Food was fantastic, Ebb &Flow restaurant was beautiful, lovely relaxed atmosphere and setting. I would certainly recommend to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Superb location with lovely walks directly from hotel to Deganwy and Conwy. Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff and dog friendly rooms that are spotlessly clean. I have had two stays qt this hotel and will be booking again as i use it as a base for visiting family in the area.

My wife booked the Quay hotel in North wales because i love Wales and always went to Wales in my younger years on family holidays. My wife and i arrived and suddenly very impressed with the hotel, the welcome, customer service and how modern and cleanly presented the overall building was. I felt that for the price, there were many facilities that was accessable and easy to use (swimming pool etc). Overall, my wife and i had a lovely experience and will return next year). Thank you for a great stay.
