Lovely and immaculately clean rooms, a super comfy bed and extremely welcoming and friendly staff all made for a great stay here and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room was lovely however broken tiles in bathroom and lots of scuffs on floor. No additional bed in room for arrival and no reply when trying to order room service. Very noisy until after midnight and staying with children

We were given an upgrade to junior suite and the room was amazing. Had dinner in the hotel and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick and easy.
Room was lovely, nice view and clean. They provided a cot too.
Staff were very friendly especially Linda who was on breakfast service. She was very good with our baby son and really cared about getting breakfast right for us.
The only thing we wanted to see was more food for people with allergies. My son has a dairy allergy and I am coeliac. There was no oat milk, dairy free spread or dairy alternative yoghurt. There was gluten free bread but this was not of a good quality. The fruit selection was also poor.
Linda did all she good to help and even went out specially and bought us some soya yoghurt for our second morning. She deserves a special mention as she went out of her way to help us.

Just enjoyed a great wee mini-break. Lovely, clean room. Absolutely fabulous view from one of the top floor. Enjoyed drinks in the evening in a sunny Sky Bar.
Lovely staff too!
Really keen to go back and take the kids coz they would love the modern, funky hotel 😀

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child, so obviously needed a bed for the child. There wasn’t one and when I asked I was told Expedia should have got me to ask for a bed for the child as a special request at a cost of £30 extra. I complained and the bed was given for free but disappointed I had to ask for a bed when the booking was 2 adults and a child

I booked a room for three, 2 adults and 1child and I paid for breakfast too. There were no indications that I would be charged extra for a bed for my son, they tried to charge me £30 for it - it wasn’t a proper bed, it was a fold up one. They also said “breakfast is included with your room” - well no it wasn’t actually, I paid for that privilege. Our room was meant to have a fridge, we had medication that needed to be kept cold, the fridge didn’t work. They said they’d change it, which they did, for one that was filthy inside and stank of rotten milk. It made the room smell and we already had a damp smell from the bathroom. I’m the sky bar I asked for a glass of Sauvignon wine - not an expensive wine, except in the sky bar - I was charged almost £14 for one glass of wine. The price was scandalous and daylight robbery. There are many hotels in Glasgow, this is not one I’d return to at all. Find a better one and stay there instead.

The hotel has great potential and is in a great location. Staff are very nice, beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and decor is appealing.
There was a lack of attention to detail which was a real shame. The bathroom bin was full of someone else’s drink cans. The shower had black mould in between the tiles and around the shower.
We had booked as a birthday gift for our daughter and after a long journey we arrived to be advised that we had only booked a room for 2. We had to pay an additional fee for another bed. The booking confirmation stated 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child, but also stated 2 single beds. This was disappointing as although there seems to be an error with the booking system, which was outside of our control, it did clearly show as 3 people. We were advised the room was only made up for 2, an extra bed would need to be added and therefore the fee would stand. We paid the fee and went up to the room. An unmade bed was in the room and we went out for the day.
We arrived back later that evening and the bed still hadn’t been made. We went to reception who sent someone straight away and he made up the bed.
When checking out we were asked how we had enjoyed the stay and after explaining the issues were advised the fee would be refunded for the additional bed.
We had specifically chosen this hotel due to the excellent reviews. Although the issues were dealt with in the end it was a disappointing experience.
