4 of us travelled down for the Marti Pelliw concert. Fantastic location for the Ovo. Just across the road. We had a very comfortable family room. It was very quiet. We didn't hear any traffic noise. Any problems were quickly solved. We didnt have enough mugs or milk and the receptioist quickly arranged for these to be provided. We were shirt a bath towel and didnt notice unil too late however there were plenty hand towels. I'd would visit here again when attending a concert. Very friendly and helpful staff

Bar area extremely boring. Nothing on TV’s for kids. Doesn’t really cater for kids at all which is disappointing considering the hotels location next to the Hydro. Sofa bed for kids extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend for families.

It was meant to be a 4 star hotel but was very much an express hotel. Room was nice size and very clean and check in went fine, but meal in the restaurant wasn’t great and service was even worse. It felt like there was no front of house and just a bunch of kids were left loose. I will say breakfast was better as there was someone there to welcome you and take you to your seat. What made it feel like an express hotel was the lack of room service and paper cups for tea and coffee instead of mugs. Very disappointed as we were expecting a 4 star from the pictures. Stay at the raddison red which is a 3 star got us more for our money.

Clean, spacious, modern room. Service was spot on. I had informed the hotel that I was taking my baby, and a cot was set up already when we arrived.
