We had a family room. Which was really small. Didnt have room for our luggage after the sofa bed was opened. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. Didnt sleep properly at all over the 4 nights. One of the receptionists late at night was seen by my wife stroking and hugging a dog in reception. Then straight after that she went to the bar to serve customers without washing her hands.

I run out of towel and shower gel the bed for the kids was uncomfortable the smell of cigarettes into the building

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - especially those travelling with small children! The room was spotless & comfortable, and had everything needed for a short stay. The dove toiletries in the room were a great touch! The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was lovely, so much selection (believe me I’m so fussy) and what I loved the most, was there was a microwave in the foyer, which was perfect for heating up my little girl’s bottle of milk before bed.. they also had an ice machine too, which I thought was great, although we didn’t use it. I loved everything about this hotel, and will stay again if we’re ever in Glasgow again! Excellent service! Excellent location, right by the city centre!

Location was perfect for us as it was close to 2 pubs with live music all weekend. Staff were pleasant and welcoming on checking in. Room was clean and spacious. We would have eaten in the restaurant but there was not much of a choice. Breakfast was adequate.however, I do not think it was appropriate for young children to help themselves to the buffet unsupervised as I witnessed them fingering food then putting it back in the serving bowls. Overall though, it was a pleasant weekend and we will probably return.

I visited with my family, everything is good,just seconds beds which is sofa bed isn't comfortable, and room doesn't have a fridge and water bottle

The stay was very comfortable and the staff had arranged the room as per our requirements. Only wanted to spend a night with family for a early morning flight the following day. Couldn't have asked for a better deal in a very well maintained and economical hotel. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a short stay on budget.

Everything was perfect as usual for our family. Always a warm friendly welcoming from the staff from front of house staff, waitresses & room service. Nothings a problem. We had the joining rooms this time. It made a big difference. Especially for the teenager girls going from each others rooms. Hall way was more quite this way.

The location of this hotel was perfect as we like to walk. Close to hop on hop off and the mall . The carpet and couch were stained in our room and only two outlets for charging which was a little frustrating as we were traveling. There was a dance group in the hotel when we were there so the lobby was taken up with them. Not very pleasant trying to enjoy breakfast while kids were unattended by the elevator and between tables running around. I felt bad for the staff.
