Clean and modern rooms. Central and walkable location. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed room with Queen plus Twin for traveling with a child. Note that there are about a dozen steps up to hotel that you will need to carry bags up.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. And very happy with our staff and staff. Other than we book a family room for 3 of us and every time I need to contact reception as we only have towels for 2 and water and biscuits for 2. I know it's a bit petty but we are paying a lot to stay here so a little attention to detail is the key. Otherwise we are very happy

Awful experience. Nice rooms but that’s about it. I contacted the hotel directly prior to our arrival to confirm dietary requirements and request menus to ensure suitability for our stay. Based on the information provided we continued with our hotel booking. On arrival we were disappointed to find out the menus were not the ones provided when I contacted the hotel 1 week earlier. One awful vegetarian option in the main restaurant and no children’s menu whatsoever. We decided not to dine at the restaurant. We tried to dine in the hotel bar. Again No children’s menu for my daughter, we asked for a pizza which was offered in the room service menu but we were advised my child couldn’t have this unless it was after 2300 hours. So we ordered food for 2 adults and ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut for my daughter so she could eat. I asked if this was ok, management advised I 3 times they would only allow this once. In the end I said we are only staying one night to stop the repeated “only once”. What kind of hotel doesn’t offer a children’s menu? It felt criminal trying to get a pizza for my child so she could have dinner. Regrettably I booked this hotel, had I of known this information prior we would not of wasted any money on what should have been a family treat. Instead it was a nightmare, we didn’t feel welcome so we would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The kids and I stayed there for three nights and were pleased with the easy check-in, friendly staff, and location, that is very close to the central train station, metro, and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again if we came back to Glasgow.

Nice hotel, we had a lovely view of the river and the room was really quiet. Breakfast was really nice. The area around the hotel is a bit rough, I don't think I'd choose it again for my family. That said its close to shopping, restaurants and the train station.

Room was very clean and well presented. We all enjoyed a comfortable night and breakfast selection had plenty of options for all the family. Check in and check out both very efficient and all staff we interacted with were really welcoming and helpful- look forward to visiting again.

The reception was very helpful and the bedroom was immaculate equipped with everything you would need i was running late for breakfast and with 2 children i was given the opportunity to take a tray to my room the lady was so helpful in helping me get what i needed unfortunately i didn't get her name but whent above and beyond The only issue i had was my room was 309 really bad view and unfortunately people had thrown cigarettes out windows and cigarette packages i did report the situation at reception at checkout and the receptionist apologised for the condition out the window and said the maintenance team would immediately clean outside the room window i didn't notice until morning when i opened the net curtains but everything was perfect except for the cigarette stubbs
