First of all, no review would be complete without recognising the incredible efforts of the amazing Claudia who did everything possible to make our stay great. Cheerful, professional and always ready to help - be it at Reception, in the Dining Room or in the Bar. We stayed in Room 12 for just one night on 26 February. The room was large, clean, warm, comfortable and very quiet despite having a window overlooking the main road. In short - great hotel, great room, great bar, great breakfast and awesome staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. With family living in Bilston, we will happily come again when we next visit. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Hotel with a family feel, great breakfast. Our hostess Claudia couldn't do enough for us, and didn't stop smiling the whole time. All in all a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again
