Our stay at The Castle Hotel was a birthday celebration that family joined us for on the second day.It couldn’t have been better. We were given a little private dining room for our evening meal and the service was so warm but not intrusive. We enjoyed our first dinner with really good 4 juicy scallops. As we enjoyed them so much we ordered them again on the 2nd night but we only got 2 each and an onion bajee. Everything else was so perfect so we couldn’t complain! Thankyou everyone concerned with The Castle Hotel for such an enjoyable stay in Windsor.

Centrally located but despite booking a junior suite - the most expensive room offered by Expedia - we were on the ground floor with sweeping views of the car park. Really think that sort of detail should be included in the room description as I could have saved a few pounds and been in the main building. Reception staff also something of a mixed bag in terms of competence.

When I checked in I specifically mention that there is 2 adults and 1 child, not 3 adults. But checkin staff was ignorant and unhelpful. However when I checked out I had a really nice experience thanks to Indi and Rushmi as they adjusted our breakfast as i was charged for 3 adults instead and they amended to 2 adults and child. They was very helpful, friendly and also provided little colouring book with pencils for kid, which was very kind. If not unpleasant experience with checking I would give 5 stars to the stuff.

Normally stay elsewhere in Windsor but elsewhere was full. Have the Castle hotel a try and it’s a great hotel, love it. Stayed in a junior suite, loved the room. Shame it was only a one night stay this time. It’s now our preferred hotel. Breakfast was good, parking plentiful. Pleasant staff.

I took my two children to windsor for overnight stay. Excellent rate with a lovely breakfast everything you want and more. The staff friendly and very helpful nothing too much. Thank you v much

Our stay at the Castle Hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. They went the extra mile to make us feel very comfortable. The location is great as it’s walking distance to the Castle, shops, restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.
