Perfect!! Lovely hotel and staff!! Excellent facilities for the children and made them feel very welcome and relaxed!! Definitely looking to return in the future!!

We had reported all the issues with our stay. From the frist day. The facilities are old and with lots of things not working properly. What made my daughter get stuck in the toilet due to a jammed door. At breakfast was missing so many things and the coffee machine was broken. I had recommended the hotel to many of my friends and we stayed with your hotel twice last year and this year and this time my experience wasn't the best. Hope all thinks are addressed and looking forward to see all the improvements. I needed please contact me for more information in how things can be improved. Regards and many thanks to the staff that tey there best to help me and my family. My room was 114.

This Hotel is awesome for a family stay. Great staff, large pool & nearby Magna to visit with the kids during the day. Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms for a family of 5 and friendly and accommodating staff. Late checkout was also great as meant we could enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and facilities.

The room was very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and like staying together when we visit hotels. This is by far the best family room we have stayed in. We will visit again. I would highly recommend their conference bedroom.

Lovely clean hotel and toilets
Friendly accommodating staff
Big family room
Most importantly extra beds wete made up ready and we didn't need to call reception to get them made up. Its offputting for my kids with disabilities to arrive in a room where there isn't enough beds, it stresses them out so seeing where they were sleeping helped them settle in
