Hotel generally clean and well set out. The biggest problem was the double sofa bed, the springs were practically coming through the mattress, very uncomfortable stay indeed with the children.

We stayed for 2 nights in family room 2 adults and 2 kids. The check in and check out are smooth. The room is of good size. Hotel arrnaged sofa bed before arrival, whichnis great. The carpet inside room seems bit outdated. As we got room on the motor waybside.. We can hear few sounds, but it is not much.
Free breaskfast is reasonable. Can be better. We had dinner one night. The food was tasty. Parking costs 6pounds per night.
Big plus is helping staff. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. Overall its nice stay. Definately stay here again, if visiting close places.

Nice sized family room, usually they are a bit more cramped. Comfy beds, no noise apart from traffic on A27, nice breakfast including cooked option, although the layout means it gets a bit chaotic at full capacity, so grt in early.Big bathroom with a slightly lack lustre shower. The only thing that I thought a bit off was having to pay £6 to park there, but overall it was still good value for money.

Have stayed here a number of times when visiting family. Although the rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is not always as good as it could be and some of the bathrooms need a good overhaul. Shower heads and the fittings are often broken so you are unable to keep them in a constant position or change the spray of water. The hoses to them are often split or missing washers so more water leaks out which greatly reduces the pressure from the shower head, Car parking is also now charged for, and whilst it is only £5.00 per 24 hours, I think should be free to residents as there is nowhere else to park within a few minutes walk. Although there are better value for money places, the hotel is in a good position for anyone looking for somewhere to stay for visiting and seeing the sights, and the inclusion of breakfast in the room rate is a bonus.

Great hotel right off the highway with easy access to Portsmouth, Arundel Castle, and Jurassic Coast. The room was quiet, clean and the perfect setup for my family. Great value for the price.

Good convenient hotel, very clean and room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park is £5 for 24 hours with no real alternatives. Get up early for breakfast as it gets very busy. My only real criticism is the sofa bed is not really big enough for 2 children (aged 10 and 8) so would upgrade to two double beds next time.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly when you get to see them. Unfortunately the staff are spread so thin that you are left waiting a long time to see anyone. One receptionist that has too many jobs which resulted in reception being left unmanned 90% of the time, especially in the morning during check out when people were stood at an empty desk for over half an hour.
Dinner - no menus. Asked at the bar after waiting 15 minutes for the 1 barman who was training a new starter, to be told 'all the menus are gone' even tho there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and not one menu anywhere. Ended up going elsewhere for dinner as apart from a pizza menu, no one could tell us what food was available.
Breakfast - a complete mess. The buffet area is about big enough food r a hotel with 15 - 20 rooms max. You can fit maybe 10 people around the buffet at one time. But this hotel caters for hundreds, which meant the buffet was packed with hardly any choice left. As always the toasters were slow and packed. Not enough choice for the full English - sausage, bacon, beans and scrambled egg, was the choice but they were all running out so fast there was a long wait for each item. Milk ran out constantly.
2 young members of staff looking after the 'morning rush' at a hotel this size was not good enough.
Again, ended up eating elsewhere to ensure the kids got breakfast.
£5 for parking..
The upside - the room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Shocking for having to pay for parking on site.
No english breakfast included and bland breakfast options available.
Hotel staff had no clue regarding allergies, when i asked regarding a child having a nut allergy all that was offered was bread. Which ment i had to go and buy from elsewhere.
No fridge in the room
