Stayed a night at The Maid's Head Hotel with my children in two interconnecting rooms (executive twins). It's in a great location with lots of free parking, only a few minutes stroll to the shops/cafes/restaurants. The beds were really comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms looked like they had been decorated recently and were in excellent condition with really good showers. Some of the carpets in the communal areas of the hotel looked a little tired but apart from that nothing negative to say and we will definitely stay there again when we are next in Norwich.

Stayed in the Paston suite, beautiful four poster and lux bathroom. Celebrating 60th Birthday in the city with family...perfect location.

We needed family rooms - unlike many hotels the Maids Head were able to offer two adjoining rooms with a double and a single in each room which was perfect. The in room catering is basic - they could up the quality of tea and coffee and put fresh milk instead of capsules. Bathrooms are good with nice selection of products included.
