Novotel Manchester West

Very good service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and good facilities. Good parking options, very good open space for kids to play. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend

I’ve been a guest at Novotel West, twice in the past two months, both times for extended stays. The staff are marvelous. Courteous, helpful, and very friendly. They always provide good service with a smile. My room, a Queen plus sofa bed, was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is well situated, just off the motorways (M60), and has a pretty decent pub, virtually at the end of the parking lot. When visiting family and friends, in the UK, I would never stay anywhere else.

The atmosphere and the hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are quite nice and not ridiculously overpriced! Can be quite expensive for a family at the weekend compared to others in the area. Breakfast is free for kids which is brilliant, at £15 per adult though, the selection isn’t massive! All in all though, it’s a pretty great hotel and we always enjoy our stay. It’s usually our go to hotel when in the area.

Stayed as a family for an evening. stayed as it was close to picadilly gardens for xmas shopping. Little disappointed that they hadnt informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat between certain hrs as they had xmas parties at the hotel. Not enough pillows on the bed

We stayed at the Novotel for one night, the room was really spacious and I particularly liked that the children had a good size double bed rather than one of those small single beds. The hotel was very clean, it had everything we needed in the room and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. It’s literally only 8mins from the Trafford centre, which was £10 in a taxi. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Have stayed here a few times in the past. Convenient to visit family & friends in the area. Like that the rooms have air conditioning and USB ports but the rooms do look a little tired. Nice patio space at the back of the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Great for families. There was a really nice, secure outdoor area with lots of open grass and a small park. Our 8 and 3 year old loved it. We had breakfast at the hotel which was great. For dinner we went to the pub just next door which was lovely and did fab food. Our room was lovely and clean. We found the hotel was in a great location- about 10 minute drive from the trafford center, 15 minutes to old trafford stadium. Free onsite parking which we struggled to find at many manchester hotels so that was a huge bonus. Just an all round great experience! Would stay again

I travelled from Manchester airport which cost around £23 in a pre booked taxi which the hotel recommended (cheaper than picking 1 up at the airport). arrival at around 11pm, check in was fine and found my room with no problems, room was clean and had supply of toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Check out was midday which was good for me and there was a small but modern and adequately stocked gym with free entrance for guests. I didn't have breakfast but did dine in and found food and service to be good. A quick dash to the trafford Centre for a spot of shopping (£10 taxi each way - circa 15 minutes max ), there are local buses if you time it right but timing was important for me. I would recommend this hotel - children eat for half price with an adult too!!
