I had booked three nights for what I expected to be a family room with my two teenagers. It was a standard room with a king size bed and two single mattresses on each side of the bed. There wasn’t room to step off the bed on one side. There was hair strand on the bed which did not belong to us. Considering that it was supposedly a family room, there was only only two bottles of water in the room. The bathroom had stains on the walls and on the tap, the room had stains on the walls as well. The breakfast served on Monday had a very dark sausage.
The only positive was the staff especially Yilmaz who provided a service with a smile.

This hotel suited our needs. It was clean with big rooms. The 'to go breakfast was perfect (choice of sausage/bacon batch or toast or cereal), came with a small chocolate chip muffin and a bottle of orange juice. Access to tea and coffee from the reception area 24/7. Reception area vending machine was out of order during our stay.
When people walked above our room (ground floor), it was quite creaky/noisy at bedtime.
Parking was very easy, plenty of space everytime we came back.
The spare beds were 'trundle' beds which looked like just a mattress on the floor and were not the most comfortable but suitable for a toddler.
Hotel does not provide cots for babies, so taking your own is a must.
Met our needs and a decent price where other hotels were priced higher during half term

The beds were uncomfortable and the kids beds were rock hard. We could feel the springs while sleeping on the beds.
The carpet was dirty I the corners and beside the bed.

Stayed with 2 kids. Room was ok nothing special but fine with kids.
The breakfast was a bit rubbish. Bacon and sausage roll. 1x bacon and half a sausage. Was warmed in microwave. We didn’t eat. That’s the only negative.

No frills hotel- just as we expected.
Tea/coffee facilities complimentary water in rooms. Room was tight as it was a double with two extra single beds for the kids but comfy enough. Great value hotel.

We stopped for a long weekend in this hotel, in a family room, we enjoyed our stay; located around 30 minutes (car/taxi) from the main town and Trafford center, and staff are friendly, informative, and very helpful, nothing was too much to ask, including both cleaning staff and a 24/7 front desk service. Our room was adequate for our stay and was comfortable, however, could benefit from a bigger bath if nick picking but perfect for a child or a small adult. The breakfast offer was ok but would've preferred longer breakfast hours or maybe some cereal options. Overall, we enjoyed our first stay and look forward to coming again, I was most surprised by how quiet it is even though been located on a main road, you couldn't hear the road at all or any noise from the restaurant next door.

One big joke. We arrived early and were told the check in is at 2pm.
We came back at 2pm just to be told the room is not ready yet. With 2 small kids after long travels we had to sit and wait.
The room was very dirty, hair in the bathtub and under toilet seat, dust, dirt.
Our older son has dust allergy and didn’t stop sneezing entire stay.
We had 2 nights booked separately. In the morning I went to pick up breakfast (which is another joke) and lady at the reception asked me if we checking out I said that no, we have one more night, she said ok and brought us “breakfast”. We got ready and left the hotel. Around 12 pm we getting a phone call saying they will be moving all our stuff to a different room. This is unacceptable! If they knew we have to move rooms they should have told us to do so when we spoke to the receptionist in the morning.
Also in the room there is a poster offering free item including toothbrushes, sawing kits etc.
I accidentally ripped my sons jumper, went to the reception to ask for sawing kit, just to be told that they don’t do it.
The remote control was disgusting!
Overall, terrible stay!

Vile hotel wouldnt let my dog stay there. Certainty would've let my child sleep on the floor when a family room was booked and her "bed" was under a heater that smelled of burning and was visibility stained.
