We had 2 rooms, request to stay on a higher floor with less noise (travelling with an autistic child) was granted, very thankful for this as our room was indeed quiet. Other room was a few doors away and also quiet. One room was very spacious and clean with no problems at all. One was quite dated and had a broken shower, we didn't let the hotel know until we were leaving to be fair as we just used the hand held. We had a plumbing issue one night which was resolved very quickly by maintenance, staff are lovely which goes a long way. The hotel is in a great location but could do with sprucing up a bit.

This is a great hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed during our vacation in London this spring. My only concern was an unfriendly host for breakfast who, first, told us that our breakfast was not included (it was), and then we saw how he slowly and demonstratively checked his watch when a family came to have breakfast at 9.55 am (the breakfast is till 10 am). The dates he was on duty were April 6 and 7, 2023. Other than that, it is a great convenient hotel that is totally worth every penny. We were a family of three (a parent and two primary school-aged children) and we loved it. Thank you, Thistle Piccadilly.

Great Hotel located very centrally, close to Picadilly underground and bus stops, walking distance to everything. Great choice for our family. We found out last day about the breakfast, which it was great and very affordable, highly recommend it Only down side was our room didn’t have sleepers nor bath rub as well as some spoons by the coffee machine were not super clean. I’m assuming It was not checked property before putting it available to check in. Besides that, everything was good. Bathroom very clean and they provided us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay at Thistle Square Hotel again.
