Good clean hotel option for our family that was walkable from Westminster, Buckingham palace, and underground stations (Pimlico and St James). Restaurant was a bonus with great dessert options after a long day.

Great stay with the family and baby! The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Location was walking distance to many of the sights Big Ben, Buckingham, London Eye. Near playground for the kids. King room has pull out couch and enough space for the pack n play. Room has door to couch area for privacy. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is good with several options and omelet station. Starbucks is in the lobby.

Stayed in two joining rooms with our two kids. Hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet with good service. We would definitely stay there again. The rooms are indeed a bit on the smaller side- in particular the shower and bathroom. But if you enjoy updated, contemporary rooms with great ambience - the pros outweigh the cons.

The dark vibe in the hotel made the venue childish. Walking the halls one began to think it was an exercise to cover up dirt. There’s nothing like showering in the near dark because there was only one small bulb. I won’t be going back.
