I had to walk up the stairs as I can not use the lift the staff in the stripe T Shirts where fantastic with me helping me walk up 7 flights of stairs . I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . I did receive it back .my favourite hotel in London . Now to how I can get to the rooftop . Fantastic.

Dear Sir
I visited 43 countries and for most of them i choose your application for hotel reservation.
We gone to Sea Containers with a lot of expectation.
Normal because its 5* hotel in London.
We waited 30mn to receive our room .
Hotel presentation was very poor .No information about the hotel facilities.
Check out day at 12.00 exactly knock knock they came to see if we are leaving the room.
First time i m not happy about the Hotel regarding his level additionally i was with my family.

We stayed as a family of four in a room with two double beds. Thought it would be a bit of a squeeze (our kids are 15 and 17!) but the room was spacious and the bathroom very much so (unusual for London hotels). I was able to check in early (bonus) and all the staff I encountered during our stay were incredibly polite and helpful. The location is amazing - you walk out of the hotel right onto the south bank with amazing views of St Pauls and the city. The 'beachside bar' looked really cute and Lyaness was impressive. The staff were so lovely to my daughter who turned 18 during our stay and really made a fuss of her. The hotel is sleek & chic with a spa, cinema and gym (not that we had time to use these facilities!) and I would definitely stay again.

There was a service charge taken after we left and even though I emailed for clarification no one got back to me .There was mix up and we ended up with no babies cot for my granddaughter which had been booked and checked again on arrival so our stay started very stressfully. Great location though .

We really enjoyed our stay in Sea Containers. We were a family of 4 (two young kids aged 4 and 8) and we stayed in a Double Double Superior room with a lovely view. The room was very comfortable and very clean with a well stocked mini bar (chargeable).
All the staff we met were pleasant - check in staff made a real effort to be welcoming.
We had drinks in the lobby area one night (kids not allowed in the bar) and ate breakfast there both mornings. It was only on the second morning that we realised there is a breakfast menu that we could have chosen instead of adding on the full breakfast. This would have been a better option for us with the kids and the menu itself was very nice with items not available on the buffet. The buffet itself was lovely with great choice and good quality.
Overall I really enjoyed the hotel but did find it disappointing that kids are not really allowed anywhere in the evenings except the lobby. I would still stay there again if we got a good deal as the location is great and it is very comfortable and quiet.

Excellent location on the South Bank and a pleasant, trendy hotel. Nothing to specifically fault but I was a little underwhelmed.
We opted not to have breakfast at a cost of £25 adult/£12 child just for Continental which was offered on check-in! After asking another resident it seems this was a good choice as they felt is merely OK.

We loved it. Such a fantastic, attentive, professional and friendly team. The team were so wonderful with our children (thank you Joe & Victor), and they even got London Teddy Bears on arrival & fresh cookies on departure!
Stunning hotel - cool, stylish interior detail, incredible location (right by Tate Modern/perfect for exploring) and stunning views (from 12th Knot Restaurant/Bar).
The people/team made our mini half term family trip so special - particularly due to their kindness to our children. Huge thanks & we will be back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful mini break with my children who loved the big family room (2 double beds) and luxury feel of the hotel. The design details of the hotel are beautifully ‘wow’! And location is obviously perfect for London exploring! We had breakfast included as part of our booking through Hotel.com which was also amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming: Great buffet selection and kids were offered pancakes or waffles too (nice touch!) I didn’t pay for river view, tbh we were out too much and winter hours meant there wasn’t much point but there are lovely views from lots of areas in the hotel so unless you’re staying for a while I wouldn’t bother with extra cost, our view was of London rooftops so still lovely. I was lucky to get a great price during half term for this hotel £200 including breakfast so it felt like brilliant value for money particularly as I often stay overnight in London and for this standard of hotel this is such a good price. Not sure I’d have been as gushing if I’d paid £350 tbh but if you can find a good deal then you’ll be feeling as smug about it as me! If not then just go and enjoy it for its design, service and great location.
