Apex Temple Court is a nice hotel overall with staff that is attentitive and cordial. The room is nice and I liked that the windows can be opened to allow fresh air inside. The bedding is great but pillows could be changed to be more firm instead of sink. The bathroom is great with a nice shower and bathtub, with a plus on the towel warming rack. The wardrobe is spacious with a mini fridge, iron board, coffee set, and a bag for laundry service. Overall, great experience with my family and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Apex Team.

The customer service was terrible. No attention to the guests. Check in with a baby was so late after hours of flight and despite having available rooms, we were not accommodated up to the exact hour of 2:30 pm. Staff not helpful at all. The worst stay we had in London.

Excellent hotel easy walking distance to covent garden and the west end. Breakfast excellent. Had an evening meal which was very nice also. We were well looked after by Ashak. Stayed in a junior suite which wasa great size and room 42 was very quiet location.

I've stayed at Temple Court 4 times in total, and twice the lift has been broken. Previously there was an almost usable ramp that they lie up the stairs, but this time it was not appropriate for an electric chair, and slipped against the marble stairs. The thought they could use more staff to hold the ramp in place, but as a user and chair combined weight of 280kg this was not safe for anyone involved. I asked about the rear entrance I used last time and they told me that ramp had been taken out and it was now stairs too, so there was no way for me to get into the hotel. Reception were very apologetic and managed to find me a room at their other hotel, the City of London, but no accessible rooms were available, so we had to have a larger family room. Staff at the City of London were great! Although the move was usable, it wasn't ideal, and we'd planned a lot of activities near to the Temple Court hotel, so incurred a hefty set of taxi bills as you can't get an electric chair on the underground. Overall it was very disappointing, and it would have been nice to be informed of the broken lift prior to arrival so I could make an informed decision and move hotel, I'd clicked all the access options needed and they were fully informed I needed step free access, so could have informed me this wasn't possible. I can't fault the attempts by the staff and their politeness, but they do not have the facilities for safe entry without the lift.

We had a trip that was taking in a Musical Show but also meeting family and friends for a birthday party and location of hotel was excellent for everything!
The room was a nice size and quiet! And love all the little extras. Didn't use bar, restaurant or gym but they all looked nice.
