Nice hotel, bit worn in places but very clean, room design good for families putting children to bed in the pull out sofa bed. Bed comfortable, good shower, close to stations.

The room we were given was ok but for the money we paid, I expected a lot more. The location was great and the lobby areas looked pretty. However, we were mainly staying to use the room. Our main issues with the room were: * The layout of the room meant that one person had to climb into bed. * There were few furnishings in the room so the room felt stark. * The room on the whole looked tired with lots of wear and tear. * The TV did not have any of the free to air kids channels so my daughter was unable to watch the tv. Given the quality we expected v what we received, we will likely try another brand in the future.

We got a superior room with kind bed and sofa bed for the 2 kids. The room was spacious and nice. We liked that the kids sofa bed was next to the bathroom and not right next to our bed.

Door man was very helpful with luggage and gave very good advice on parking/weather and also helped to entertain my kids when we were busy with admin matters.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from Euston Train station and 2 minutes walk to St. Pancras. Very cool hotel and reasonably priced... also good to stay with children, staff very friendly and helpful. I usually stay in 5 star luxury such as the Landmark which on the night we ended a room for was around £1000 for one night this was honestly a fab alternative.

The staff here is superb & really go out of their way to help!! Very friendly & efficient service also!! Breakfast is good! Check-in & check-out is fast! Very near Kings Cross St Pancras train station. Very IG-worthy breakfast lounge!! 💖 The room is also very efficiently laid out comfortably for a family of four. We’ll definitely be back!! Six Stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
