Paid extra for Hotel room that had a window with city view! when I arrive was given a room with a totally frosted window so had no view and didn’t open! I felt very claustrophobic complained at reception to say yes sorry but we’ve had to frost all our windows and we are fully booked just email the hotel with your complaint! Did offer breakfast but we were meeting family out for breakfast! So wasn’t needed. Also at 8am a lot of banging and hoovering in the room above.

Does what it says on the tin. A small hotel that does well. Doesn't oversell, the rooms are small but clean and have all of the basics. Good bed, good bathroom and AC. Was in London on business and only needed the room over night and therefore it did the job. If you want a bigger room to entertain the family, then not for you. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.
