Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. We travelled with 2 teenage children. The front desk and concierge staff were amazing and helpful. The bar staff were wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for a city hotel. The only reason for 4 stars is our room was not ready at 3 and it took a while to get into the room. Also our room was never serviced until we requested it.

Property was very funky, complimentary sweets, popcorn and small selection of drinks in the mini bar. Loved the decor, great cocktails, swimming pool was big, walking distance to the theatre, Covent Garden and lots of restaurants. Suitable for families. Parked at Brunswick Square car park and this was good also.

Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Extra special mention to Gregory and Stellio who went above and beyond! Lovely touches for the children - sweetie bags on arrival and lollipops left in rooms. Easy walking distance to Covent Garden. Would definitely stay again. (Actuating again next week!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was stylish and very comfortable. We were only there for the one night but the hotel was lovely with very friendly staff. We will be recommending to family and friends

The hotel is in a convenient and central location. It was one of the few properties in the area with two beds to accommodate a family of four. Although the room was on a small side - to be expected in London. It was a good option for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was not working properly. We approached the front desk twice, they didn’t do nothing.
Cleaning service didn’t happen, we asked why they sent someone at 17:00 to clean the room. She opened the room while we were there without checking first.
Looks like this hotel is managed by kids.
I’m visiting London frequently, that was the worst I got. To be fair, the bed is great and very comfortable. No hot water and no water pressure. Embarrassing for a 450$ a night.

Nice stay for family reunion.
Everything excellent except roof top bar not open Sunday, Monday or Tuesday which were the days we were there.
Also no late bar for guests.
