My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Excellent hotel. Near everything. Subway really close. Good breakfast. Good staff.

Was told i could book in at 8.30am for £40. I drove 2 hours there with my children and grandchildren. On arrival was told check in is 3pm. I had training at 9am. Sat in car for 3 hours whilst they trued to rectify it. This caused back problems as i have sciatica. I got to my training at 12 after getting a room after the 3 hours. Finished training at 8.30pm as i had to catch up. Missed dinner with the family and ended up very unwell. Staff were rude except the Manager who tried to help a bit. Ended up booking another day for the 2 rooms i booked as i was too unwell to drive back. All this coukd have been avoided by training staff to give correct information. Place is nice but staff have attitude

Our experience in Leonardo Hotel was memorable. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was at the 7th floor and it was clean, grateful for the amenities (nespresso machine, sparkling water, etc) The staff are all professional and friendly. Special mention to all male staff at the concierge for being helpful, China who works in the evenings - she helped us when we needed extra blanket. The breakfast staff Eddie and Salik are wonderful. The close proximity of the hotel to the train stations helped us and our children with our daily commute. We love it and we hope to come back!

The hotel rents gym and spa areas for a fee to anyone interested, and tries to limit inconvenience to those people. So kids are not allowed in the pool except for very short window. For anyone traveling with jet lag and kids, it's pretty much impossible to use the pool, as it's open precisely when museums and attractions open in the city. Also when we arrived only one elevator was working, and the second one broke a day later. So there was one maintenance elevator that everyone was using and wait was pretty long. Room was very dusty. Location is great though, hard to beat.

Booked this hotel listing all my kids ages- when I had checked in, I had asked about the pool since I was trying to plan out the remainder of the day- WE WERE NOT TOLD of any children swim hours that ended quit early in the day…. When I returned from our small adventure I had gotten all 4 kids ready for the pool- walked down and was told that child swim hours ended at 5pm……

Our room was not available and we were asked to be sent to another location. I booked a two bed room and the only thing available was one bed for a family of 4.

Perfect hotel for a family break in London. Ideal location and short walk from tube. Nice size pool and it didn’t get too busy even in half term. Rooms decent size and well equiped.

Room was really great, clean and large for the price. The reception staff were very helpful and let me checkin early as the room was prepared. I would recommend this for families (I travelled with a small child).
