Lovely hotel, about 15 minutes walk in to the city centre. Breakfast was a wide range of continental and cooked. Would recommend to friends and family.

Room was really spacious. Trundle bed mattress for the children was like a hard floor! Room temperature was very cold, even when adjusted. Brown hairs where found on pillow and in the bed on arrival. Breakfast was lovely, however not enough table and chairs for everyone.

Very clean hotel. We booked a family room. The main double bed was very comfortable but the the double bed for the kids was not. Overall I am happy with the place in term of service, location and cleanness

Room was lovely. We ate dinner in the restaurant, aswell as breakfast, and were very impressed with the standard of both. Bar staff were very friendly. Only thing that let it down was that we arrived for a 3pm check in and had to wait around till the room was finally ready at 4.30pm. Trying to keep two children entertained in a hotel lobby was not ideal and we were only offered complimentary drinks after waiting for an hour and a half. Would stay again but would plan to arrive later, not at the advertised check in time.

Amazing hotel! The rooms were lovely, clean and modern with everything you could need. However the air con had an issue whereby it wouldn't get warmer, which we only realised at night when we went to bed. It was freezing and therefore we had a bad night's sleep even though the bed was very comfortable. We also weren't told you had to scan your room key in the lift to allow you access to your floor. We assumed it was broken so had to carry our cases up a couple of flights of stairs which wasn't easy. The breakfast was incredible. Everything you could want, clean and comfortable dining dining area and fantastic value for money at £10pp and kids eat free. Also there was a nice little touch in the bathrooms of Rituals luxury handwash, shampoo and shower gel.

Friendly & super helpful reception staff. Family room (3yr old + 9yr old) it's a nice size. We loved the super low level beds for children (a specially 3yr old). Paddington multistorey parking 2min walk from the hotel. Being able to drop the luggage off right at the front of the main hotel entrance and stay park there up to 20min was nice. we turned up to the breakfast 40min before closure and weiters and cooks were still topping up stuff. Both children with milk allergy were able to have breakfast. On site evening restaurant with discount from the main reception. 16 floors with 3 lifts (no waiting). Ability to leave the luggage at the reception after check out. Late checkout given for free as a birthday gift. 22min walk from Albert Docks. Will be definitely back again.

Lovely modern hotel in a good location within Liverpool. We stayed in a family room with our two boys which was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and checking in was a quick and easy process. We paid to have the buffet breakfast, which was of good quality, had lots of choice and was frequently replenished. Would definitely stay here again.
