I really enjoyed the short time I stayed with you if it hadn’t been for a family emergency I would’ve liked it more and stayed longer.🙂

I get the train to Liverpool quite regularly to see my children. The Liner is next door to Lime St. I would use it a lot more if it was more reasonably priced.

Good location, easy walking distance to local attractions. Hotel is tired looking and could use some updating. Particularly noticeable in rooms - chipped furniture, peeling wall paper, no fan in washroom and room needs more outlets to meet today’s tech needs. Be careful of family suites with twin beds springs are popping through mattresses. Rooms were clean and the windows open - nice feature! Second elevator still not working.

Our family room overlooked the station as a result we were awoken very early due to the station tannoy announcements.

Family trip to attend a football match on Monday evening. Arrived at 5.00pm- room not available - bad start. Eventually checked in - our room and all rooms on 6th floor was like a sauna - very uncomfortable. Fans provided- but not good enough. We had a family cabin with connecting room - no plug points for charging phones in connecting room! Arrived back from match around 10:45 - no food available, no room service , and could not get a drink at bar. Front reception service could be better. Service for breakfast was super and quality of offering was good. Overall I would rate experience as poor.

Had a family room - two seperate bedrooms. Great sized room and very clean. The beds were very comfy! Car park is very handy and it was brilliant that it was free if yous stayed at the hotel as many others charge. Great location for the theatre. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were nice and friendly. However we both had a terrible nights sleep and have back pain as a result of the poor mattress. The mattress was very soft and unsupportive even for a child yet alone two adults, any movement made the whole mattress wobble causing myself to have motion sickness. As a result we both have terrible back pains and the worst night sleep ever outside the home. Such a shame because everything else about the hotel is amazing but the bed was such a let down and at the end of the day you do book a hotel to be able to sleep and we barely got any.
