The location was perfect and the room a very decent size for an adult and one child. It is very handy to have the kitchen area with microwave, hob and fridge in the room. It is very likely we will stay here again

Have nothing good to say about this hotel, the customer service is none, they are not interested in pleasing a customer or at least try to give some Quine of customer service, all they are interested in is taking your money. I do NOT recommend it and I will never be staying there. I payed quite a lot and it quite literally was like throwing my money in the bin. They were NOT interested in helping me out or even listening to me, their only answer was “nothing we can do”. I have stayed in many hotels as family of 4 and I have never had such a bad customer service, quite sad.

Great room for families. The hotel was light, clean and had a great location. The breakfast was a nice surprise and the staff was super helpful. Stay here - you won’t regret it!!!

Excellent for family. Convenient and spacious. Great breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks hour on our first night was an unexpected bonus. Great location for sightseeing.

Nice clean, quiet suite, great for two adults and two kids for a couple of nights. Decent buffet breakfast and super welcoming and helpful staff. Great location 3 mins walk from the main Albert Docks museum and restaurants and a 10-min walk to the centre of town. Docked one minor point because the carpet and sofa in our room were a little bit old and tatty, but nothing significant. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property for families, really lovely close to amenities. I can not fault this place at all. Own kitchen to do as we please and my daughter loved the place

Lovely room that was perfect for our family. Loved the kitchen area (great if staying slightly longer). Location was spot on for Albert Docks. Very quiet room. Loved the help yourself breakfast and variety of options. Staff were very friendly. Wish we had known about on-site disabled parking prior to arrival but may have missed that somewhere. Loved seeing the wheel right outside the apartment. Would stay again and probably will.
