Fantastic stay - got a a family suite and the room was set perfectly, 2 large beds which was great. Service and stay was great

Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Hotel was very nice. But my room was connected to adjoining room by a door. You could clearly hear the people next door, particularly children.

Hotel is in a quiet area, about a mile from shops. Parking not included but parked round corner at NCP. Hotel is well maintained and room was good size. If you want to go to the sky bar you need to book in at the desk downstairs. You don’t automatically get in because you are staying there. Our room was 15th floor but you have to go all the way downstairs for them to give you access to sky bar on 18th floor if there is availability. We stayed for two nights but second morning was ruined by family next door who had a dog which barked all morning and kids playing and shouting loudly. Checked out early due to this so noise is an issue.
