Lovely hotel and facilities, Had a meal in the restaurant for 3 adults and 1 child which came to £98 we had no starters and only 1 dessert and one drink each, my son paid and £10.90 service charge was added without asking, The glass of wine was over £8! Bit pricey for Maidstone and overall.

Good breakfast, good sized rooms, facilities like swimming pool and gym to keep kids and adults busy.
Commutable time of 1 hour to Whitstable, 20 minutes to Leeds Castle.
Lots of parking available around the hotel.

I booked a family room for myself and two granddaughters
for two nights. We were attending a Summer Craft Retreat in Ditton and enjoyed our stay the Orida in Maidstone,
The room was very comfortable and we dinned in the restaurant in the evening.
The buffet breakfast in the mornings was excellent.
I would recommend the Orida Hotel.

Amazing Orida hotel with great family holidays. Extremely beautiful and very nice hotel. Amazing food and services from staff. Will definitely use this hotel again

Very good value for money for a nice hotel with a gym and mini spa.
Shame about the guests. Some teenagers going out in Maidstone ruined it for us. Hotel management should consider this and thetefore ensure families are placed away from groups of youngsters who are likely to disrupt sleep.
Breakfast buffet was great, but the quality and variety for the bar and restaurant menus really need to improve

All we could ask for at this price point and very good value for money. Enjoyed the gym, pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful. Our room and bathroom were light and spacious, and the beds comfortable. Overall in good condition - but showing signs of heavy use. Hotel was quiet, and getting a good nights sleep no problem. Guests seemed to be a mix of families with young kids on holiday - like us - and small groups of business people. Nice friendly atmosphere

My kids and I have stayed here many times.
The pool is fantastic. The staff are so helpfull and friendly.
The breakfast is legendary with lots of variation.
One of our favourite weekend breaks. 👍

As a family of 4, we were happy to get two full double beds in our room. This is becoming rarer and rarer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. The facilities are a bit aged, however we would trade that any time for the benefits mentioned above.
