Very enjoyable we stayed at hotel for a family christening and made a weekend trip out of it had a lovely time in Canterbury with family shopping eating and taking in the sites hotel was lovely , clean and staff welcoming breakfast was great to have almost anything you wanted from coffee to bacon you couldn’t fault it

Simple comfort. Good for the money. The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. We had a number of family staying and they located us together with adjoining rooms where required. The location is great, a short walk to the centre and Cathedral. The car park is additional cost (but is available for the rest of the day after check out) and a short walk away. Go straight to the car park drop off isn't easy.

Our experience was above our expectations. Very good value and excellent breakfast choices. Would highly recommend to friends and family for quality of the hotel and central position for the town

this hotel is really fabulous in every way; staff very friendly and nothing is too much; I asked the youngsters dealing with breakfast why they were so happy and they replied 'we like working here' that says it all and the hotel is in a great location!
