Horrible over priced iarport hotel. Took 1 hour of walking through tunnels and stank parking lots to arrive. NO windows open, no air what soever. Shower had zero pressure and the wifi barely worked at all. They do not have room service at all... how is that possible for Hilton at an airport? Ovbviously travelers arrving at all hours and need to eat a good meal, but they only had garbage snacks in the lobby, And then CHARGED us for water? Are you kidding. Would never stay here again...way too much money for a1 star hotel at best.

The main purpose for staying was because it was near the airport. The location the Heathrow was great. We had two rooms for my family and ended up with accessibility rooms that weren't as comfortable as expected. The restaurant and room service were handy and good food.

You stay here when you have to! Can't beat the convenience for flights in and out of terminal 2. Get the room service - expensive as it always is, but a nice treat and enjoy the view of planes coming in if you've got a high floor view. We had a family room, good size. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower, wonderful water pressure! Good quality bathroom amenities included, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion.

convenient for early morning checkin. plan for 20 minutes to get to terminal 3 from the hotel. 10 mins require a run and already knowing where you are going. 15 is easily doable once you know the route. If you have small children plan on 25 mins. My only gripe is that I thought I was booking a room with a view of the runway but we had a view of the road instead. Not a big deal since were only in the room for 8 hours. It would be nice if the rental car shuttle could drop you right to the hotel, but the 500 yard walk to the ground floor entrance is ok. Next time if you get dropped to Terminal 2, I will go up to level 2 and then across to the hotel instead of entering on ground level and waiting 15 minutes for an elevator to pick us up.

Surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. We had a king family room and it was very spacious.

Decided to spend extra to stay in airport property since I was traveling with my kids and we had a morning flight. So thankful I made that decision. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a great night’s rest and enjoyed long hot showers. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and staff were all friendly. Expensive but worth the comfort and convenient.

Difficult to find from the airport, no signage. When we finally did get there they had the doors locked because it was so late but no one answered when we pushed the call button. Ended up having to call the main number and they transferred me. After a long flight with a kid, the last thing you want to do is wander the airport looking for the hotel. It would have been easier to catch an Uber or taxi and stay at a hotel that wasn’t at the airport. I will never stay at this hotel again just because it was terrible to get to which defeated the purpose of staying here.

What a unique hotel experience! We booked two (runway view) rooms at this hotel for one night before our flight home. The view of the runways was perfect and the "bird watchers" in the family were content to sit at the window all evening.
We didn't investigate outside dining options because the room service menu had something for everyone in the family, allowed the bird watching to continue, was convenient, and didn't seem to be overly expensive. Bonus: the food was quite good.
In the morning our walk to the terminal was less than two minutes.
We would definitely consider staying here again when flying through LHR.

Exceptionally clean and QUIET! We stayed here after arriving on a red eye flight just for a few hours of sleep. To be in the airport complex, we assumed (incorrectly!) it would be noisy with air traffic. We slept like babies in complete silence. PERFECT place to stay coming or going! I wouldn't stay here to tour London however as it was a good hour drive away from the city.
