The look and location of hotel both faultless. The rooms (we used two as family of four) were lovely and the staff were all friendly however I think they must have been short staffed as everything seemed to take a little long like check in, check out, getting served at the bar for a drink before we took the kids out for an early dinner. Lovely hotel - friendly staff, they just need more of them which I guess a lot of places are struggling with at the moment
