Hotel was great - family get away and all staff at the hotel were friendly and always on hand to assist and provide an excellent service.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready. We had booked a family room. So we were given adjoining rooms which was even better. This was at no extra cost. Really pleased with the service of staff very friendly, enjoyed our stay. Always like staying there when visiting family.

Great location for a stay in Kingston. Walking distance to the station, river and shopping centre. We stayed in a family room (2 adults and 2 children) and it was very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful and the warm welcome cookie on arrival was a lovely touch! We stayed for a birthday and when we arrived there was a birthday message and selection of sweet treats in the room which went down very well!
