There was a mixed up on our reservation. It was family of 4(2 Adult 2 Children). We requested wheelchair accessible room for our son. Room was so small when wheelchair go in no way to turn around. When we explained the situation we have been told info was not passed to them. We said we did understand and ask other solution and offered us to sell another room. Supposedly their accessible room was only for 2 ppl. This meant Whether u r a child or adult in wheelchair u cant stay with your family. After a long discussion best they could do was selling the second room on a discounted rate instead offering it free. It was already around 8:00pm and they haf plenty room that one could have been comped. They said they could cxl our reservation if we were to go elsewhere. We felt like not really welcomed and taken advantage of to make couple extra bucks for the establishment knowing would be difficult to go elsewhere at the moment.

I booked a family room for two nights at Novatel for my daughter and two teenagers, one male one female. I live close so popped in to check that the room was suitable. I was assured that it was. However when they checked in it was found that there was one double bed and one single ‘couch’. They were told that the couch could be split up. The room was actually tiny so there was no room to split the couch, therefore unsuitable. My daughter had to book and pay for another room for the older female teenager, but it was at some distance to the original room. They stayed for one night and the following day, upset by how unsuitable the rooms were, checked out and did not stay for the two nights. Both rooms and two nights had been paid for but no refund was given for the totally unsuitable accommodation.

Underwhelming to say the least. Wasnt bad but wasnt good. Got there and was told had to pay £113 when i had already paid and fully booked, so that was abit annoying. Then was told the pool was busy and booked so we could only book a 1 hour slot. Ended up booking 17-18 and when we got there it was jam packed, and filled with alot of kids(which isnt an issue) but if you just want to relax its abit hard. Only 4 seats to sit down by the pool and they are like arm chairs so you cant even lay down. Almost as if they want you in the pool or out of there. Not very inviting and didnt feel to welcome. Room was ok, clean and tidy. Overall 5.5 out of 10 wouldnt stay again

Truly amazing staff who never failed to exceed expectations, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Family end of corridor rooms with corridor closing door were just so good for the kids. The dry cleaners across the road also provide and superb service, two pairs of jeans washed, dried and folded for £4.

Overnight stay with family at this hotel whilst visiting London to watch rugby at Twickenham. Great location if driving into London, although I struggled to locate entrance to open carpark area. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The reception gentleman who checked me in also accompanied me into the carpark area to help me locate the correct spaces and arranged for my rooms to be close together as we are large family. The hotel had forgotten to make up the third bed in one of the rooms but after a quick chat with reception, the bed was made up immediately. The sofa beds were more comfortable than those in most hotels. The decor was modern and relaxed and breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant family stay.

Lovely hotel. Only issue was I booked the room because it said one double bed and two single beds but the children’s bed was a sofa bed with only one bottom sheet and duvet. This was one of the main reasons we went for this hotel.

I like Novotel as a hotel chain because they do a nice job on catering to families with small children. The room was very clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy.

Excellent location, South Ealing tube within walking distance. Lovely breakfast. Pool was great for the kids and also an xbox on a large screen in the bar area. We stayed to see the sights in London and to visit Wembley. Would stay again
