The location of the Hotel offering direct access through the extensive grounds to the seafront and miles of level promenade from the harbour to Orcombe Point, together with its proximity to the town’s shopping centre, makes this an awesome place to stay. Exmouth has so much to offer to all age groups, in particular young families and older generations.

Good location near beach, town, bus, train. Excellent for non-drivers. Room had brilliant views. Meals good, though if you stay a weeknyou may find the menus reat. Staff all friendly and service great. Clientele out of hokiday season were presominantly, like us, of a certain age.

We had a very relaxing stay whilst visiting family, perfect location. Beautiful grounds being able to walk out onto the promenade. Rooms were overall clean and tidy, some parts of the building showing its age but we were very happy with location and friendliness of staff.
