Fabulous staff on reception. Nice family room but my daughter, slept on the sofa bed which was very hard so she did not get great sleep. The Hotel had good parking £5 for 24 hours. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful but quality of sausages/bacon not great but very good for the price. I would stay again

Nice stay, shame there were kids messing around knocking on doors, running up the corridor and shouting, this was at 11.25pm in the evening when I was trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was nice, big choice and the staff very friendly.

Great reception staff quick check in after an 5 hour drive. My only issue is the amount of dogs. Followed a family and dog in the lift and it had weed in it, smelt terrible. Breakfast with dogs barking is not my idea of fun. Yes it must be nice for people with dogs having hotels to stay in but if you don’t have a dog yourself the smell and noise is a. Bit off putting.

Quick and easy check in. Worth noting you have to pay a fiver for 24hrs parking. Having stayed previously and it was free this was a bit of a shock and doesnt seem to be mentioned anywhere. Even more of a shock to recieve a PCN in the post today which I've contested. I *think* the problem is that I paid for 24 hrs. But then left the premises to go to my cousin's nearby, returning later to sleep and then leaving properly the following day...and the system couldnt link the second visit to my active parking. Bit of a pain and utterly ridiculous given it is a hotel so people will be coming and going multiple times. I mean, I'm grateful that this wasnt in place when i stayed before- it was for my sister's Indian engagement so there was a LOT of back and forth for outfit changes etc. Anyway, room just about accommodates tbe bed and sofa bed pulled out. Sofa bed isn't greatly comfortable so my back has been playing up since. However room temperature controls good, shower really good and unlike the Hilton down the road we werent kept awake by a toddler stomping around above us all night. Bonus that. Breakfast is awesome. Loads of choice, lovely staff. Wish yoh could get a big mug of tea or coffee though. I had to ask for a teaspoon for my 2 year old to eat with as there werent any, which is a bit weird. Like the fact they had grab n go bags to bag up items if you had to leave quickly. Overall a good stay and I'd book again. Sorting the parking issue would be good

We were a family of four , but it lacked space as the sofa was a sofa bed - which was fine and as expected but we couldn’t use the desk or get to the bin and the kettle was tricky to get to due to where the sofa bed was. If the room was half a meter bigger of would of been fine. Breakfast was nice - help yourself style!

Our family stayed here for one night on our return trip from Cornwall to London. The beds were comfortable. The space was adequate. Staff helpful and warm. The price was affordable. Everything we needed for a break in our road trip. The only issue I had was getting to the hotel. Navigation took us on a long route through town that seemed to take forever. When we left the next day, we were back on M4 in a jiffy, so not sure why we were taken on a wild goose chase the night before.
