The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Welcomed a family of 4 and allowed to check in at the mid day instead of the 4pm check-in time!! The room is so spacious and clean. The entrance hall is so grand!! Definitely value for money!!!

The hotel was clean, lovely and everyone was very helpful. We don't often stay away as a family in a hotel(2 year old and 5 year olds are loud!) but it wasn't a problem and with parking under the hotel (cheaper when you stay there too) and SO much in walking distance. Buffet breakfast was brilliant

My mum and aunt were visiting for the weekend. I booked a family room for them (2 double beds) and as I live in Bristol, I popped in a few weeks before to request that they be given a room with a nice view. I was assured that this would be no problem. Sadly when we checked in, the only room available was in the basement. They ended up sharing a bed for the 2 nights. Staff were very pleasant but I was very disappointed as for the prices I could have booked a room each for my mum and aunt. Such a pity as it is probably the nicest hotel in Bristol

Fantastic service. I’d like to see them offering to NOT change the towels every day, no need. Side tables at outer edge of beds in the family room. Great service though.

A lovely relaxing stay with family for my son's graduation. Staff were helpful and kind and all were keen to ensure we were happy. Very glad we chose this hotel.

Great hotel, booked for business but brought spouse and 2 kids in the end as was school holidays. Excellent location, close to waterfront and right next to cathedral. Our Volvo xc90 with roof tent was too big for the on-site car park, but we found nearby on street parking overnight till 9am. Kids loved the teddy bears at reception, the water in lobby was welcome after a long drive, sweets on desk helped keep them going tell dinner. The breakfast was great. Miller & Carter chain steakhouse on site, looked great but we ate out when walking the waterfront.

We loved our stay! The hotel was clean, smart & well looked after! The staff were amazing especially with the children! My fault but I didn’t realise the pool had closed down but apart from that the whole experience was amazing & great location!! Having the Miller & carter there was just even more perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

When I come to Bristol with the family we always try and stay here. It's just very nice. Central. Comfy. Clean and staff are always very nice.
