We stayed here this weekend for our wedding anniversary as we spent our honeymoon here in 2020.
Check-in was quicker this time and lobby looked lovely. Got to the room, all seemed great from a distance (cleanliness is important to us).
Huge bed but unfortunately it was too firm for me and kept creaking everytime one of us moved on it.
Bathroom had some grime/mould and shower soap holder dangling off, the HDMI port wouldnt work so we couldnt put our laptop up to the tv, air conditioning kept clicking which was extremely annoying through the night.
Could hear a baby crying all through the second day/night.
Coffe stains splatteted on the big canvas picture.
The hotel did give us a nice little note saying happy anniversary and some chocolates which was lovely but the the worker just opened our door and walked in to hand them to us!! Scared the absolute life out of me i hid behind the wall, luckily my husband was there!
Disappointed this time in comparison to 2020, for what you expect from a 'Hilton'. Unfortunately we wont be rushing back.

Conveniently located but the junior suite was not worth £375. Very squeaky bed and the whole room had a horrible musty smell that you could even smell in bed. No teaspoons for the cups. Impractical to do your hair as no dressing table. Was expecting a little luxury but just a standard room that was a bit bigger than normal.

Had a lovely two night stay at the hotel. Lovely room, lovely breakfast and the hotel is very clean. Parking was easy and car felt safe being there, £15 a day. Skybar is very expensive!
Were looking forward to relaxing in the pool but that didnt happen...the pool was the only disappointing thing really...it was full of kids playing with balls and jumping around, no supervision ...it isnt the kind of pool for this. There is also absolutely nowhere around the poolside at all.. the photos make it look very mich lore glamerous than it actually was...in it 10 mins and coulsnt wait to get out!

I have booked Hilton Bournemouth, because of the location, the Spa and Swimming pool. We arrived at 17:30 at the hotel and have been told that our room is not ready yet, but we can pay for the Car Park and use the facilities. Just to mention that the Hotel is 4 starts, the reception not only didn't care the room is not ready, but did not even offer maybe a free car park or late check out? We decided to use the Spa with the kids(swiping pool), but it turn not only it was not supervised and overloaded, but the gym area was closed, obvious no information on the check in or on the website. We came back to check for our room and was finally ready by 18:30. We went up the the room and as our kids room the balcony was not open( I believe they are not saved as you can see the state they have not been used for over a year), we hope ours will be fine, but it turn the entire hotel(balconies) are closed . Again no information prior the check in or on the website. Our kids room the main door handle was loose, and in our room the main cupboard door was broken. We did not really stay much in, but for £280 a night you are expecting some kind of service, isn't? The Breakfast was perfect the team was amazing. On the check out we asked if we can leave the car till 14:00 at the parking and we've been told that need to pay extra after the check out time:( Please do not bother to stay in this hotel until is refurbished.

Good sized room. Hotel close to beach and all amenities in the town. On site parking (daily charge). Small gymn, pool and spa. Peak holiday time pool can be heavily used by families. Breakfast standard for a hotel of this type. Can get very busy as eating area is not large. Hotel accepts dogs...found this off putting when several present at breskfast if not well behaved. similar for childrrn who seem to be unable to remain in seats and wander around picking over the food.

The stay was awful and the worst I have experienced for a hotel such as Hilton. The balcony was filthy, and the re-inforced glass had NEVER been cleaned for years. The meals were awful and lacked variety on the menu for people to choose from. I expected an international hotel such as Hilton to have varieties on the menu, but for our 3 nights, it was the same menu, tasteless food. This is NOT a good value for money, and our experience of the stay was AWFUL, and we will NEVER stay in Hilton again. The WiFi never worked for our entire 3 nights at Hilton, so we missed out a lot on emails and messages from friends and family. I hope that our feedback will be taken seriously and used to make improvements for the future.

Before arriving i called ahead as we were having to bring 2 cars. To then be made aware that parking your car was going to cost you £15 a night! An that it wasnt included in the price of the room. Which I thought it would have been since. It is a destination location. Whilst checking in I was made aware that a £100 deposit would be being taken even though i paid for my room upfront. Just in case i used any of the services i.e room service, the bar, or spa. So that i had the ability to charge to my room.
Now checked in first night. Had to pull up outside the door to ask where to park. Got sent to this little 2 leveled multistorey car park. With plenty of parking on that night. Next day I went out during the day to see family. Returned back to go park and there were no spaces after driving round for 20 minutes and 2 other vehicles doing the same i gave up and went back to reception. To be told that they would remove the parking charge for the one night and i would have to park in the NCP which yes is cheaper but it is also wide open!
The rooms however where very clean and tidy. Only thing i would have liked is extra sugar sachets in the tea tray in the rooms. As both me and my boyfriend take sugar with our drinks. There was just enough for one each in the morning. But check out isnt until 12 so you definitely have time for 2 cups before doing anything. Room is well equipped until you need to iron clothes. There is no where to hang them in between the iron and putting them on

We stayed during a half term school holiday so there were a lot of children and families. This meant that the spa was not the most relaxing experience, but a nice place for families to be together.
The breakfast was chaos, we had the opportunity to book before 8.30 or turn up after 9 and queue. We arrived just after 9 and there was a queue where we were given the option to sit just outside the restaurant. It was a buffet style breakfast and we were able to get everything we wanted. However by the time we were leaving everything was running out.
The room was nice, but no bottled water in room. The paint work was a little messy and dirty in areas. The view from room was of the back of houses and scaffolding.
The hotel was in a great location to walk to town and to the beach, with lots to do around the hotel.
