I had a 3 night stay with friends and our children, the children so much love the hotel and they wish that we stayed more days. Staffs were very lovely and welcoming, Chantelle at the front desk looked after us very well from checking in and up until we check out she’s got a very lovely smile on her face always. The restaurant staff were amazing too, breakfast was delicious and very generous. My only complaint is with the house keeping, on our first morning the lady kept coming several times to knock on our door because she wanted to clean the room quickly and we are not ready to go out at the time, same thing she did to one of my friends because our room is opposite each other, my friend allowed her to clean while she’s still in the room but I insisted that she come back when I go out. The next morning similar thing happened but this time I wasn’t in the room am still downstairs at breakfast and getting back the children told me that the cleaner had come and ask them to leave the room so that she can do a quick freshen up of the room and on this day she only took out the rubbish and clean the bathroom but the floor was dirty and the bed was not made.

Fantastic stay and really closely located to the beachfront. Recently upgraded rooms and easy parking. Only slight fault was the sofa bed had to be child-proofed with pillows and towels, as there was some exposed frame which could hurt if landed on.

Great location, clean and tidy. Welcoming front desk and good breakfast for the price. Perfect for somewhere to bed down for the night. Don’t expect big rooms as a family, it’s priced well compared to next door.

Excellent stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bournemouth. The team here are fantastic and attentive. The rooms were clean and set up nicely for a family stay. For a 3* star stay our expectations were surpassed. Great location also being just 8-10 minute downhill walk to the pier/beach. (Uphill walking back so wear comfy shoes).

Nice Hotel for an overnight stay. Mattress not the most comfy. Facilities a bit like a holiday inn. Nice ocean view. 5 minute walk from the beach which is great with kids. Staff were friendly. Be prepared for the additional parking charge £13 per day during the week and £15 per day on the weekend. Other than that a nice stay.

First impressions were good in terms of service and room. However the sofabed in our family room left us all with bruises as the design flaw leaves hard metal sticking out causing us all discomfort when getting on/off the bed. The TV didnt work after 10 mins - it lost signal. We discovered this after our child had gone to bed and didnt want someone coming up and disturbing the peace. The next evening we had the same. We mentioned both issues on check out to the “supervisor” serving us, but he quickly dismissed our feedback as we hadn’t raised these issues earlier despite explaining there was little point as we couldn't disturb a sleeping child. The bed issue was totally ignored too. Absolutely shocking and below par for a Hilton branded hotel. By far the worst experience and I wont be looking at Hilton’s again anytime soon because of this specifically. The “satisfaction guarantee” is clearly just marketing. We paid extra for breakfast but the area was totally unmanned and we overheard more than party discussing how they were eating for free. The food was okay, not great. Limited choices were available and the boiled eggs had already been unpeeled and handled which grossed us out. All in all, little value for money. The room was very small. There were no highlights and we would have had a better stay elsewhere, even a premier in . Including breakfast and parking, it was almost £500 for 2 nights for a family of three and not worth it at all.

My stay was amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. All inclusive breakfast with a variety of choices amazing!! We stayed in a family room with a sofa bed. But unfortunately, the sofa bed was not very comfortable. You could actually feel the springs from the mattress. Not comfortable at all. Apart from that the location was ideal. Because it was close to the beach and shops.

Overall good stay although the room wasn’t ready until 3:40 and had to wait at reception with a very tired toddler. Very passive attitude by the gentleman that served us at the reception (he basically didn’t really care although I kept checking every 10min of the room was ready!) breakfast 5/10 at best.

Very small rooms, even the family room was the same size as other rooms. The only difference was a sofa bed, which once set up left practically no room to walk around. The main bed was not supportive and very bouncy. However the breakfast was far worse. No fried eggs, no salmon, sliced ham looked like it was two days old. No preshrunk sliced cucumber or tomatoes. Coffee was from the self serviced machine and it was awful. There was no opportunity to order a better coffee . There was no fresh fruit, only from a tin. Service was friendly but that doesn’t make up for overall terrible guest experience. Would prefer to pay for the breakfast and eat something nice. We won’t be back.
